A false charge of theft of a highly confidential departmental
TELEX message was framed against me  which was in fact served
on me in the court hall obtaining my signature under copy to
the registrar of the court.  I was beaten up, several bottles
of glucose were injected into my body and I was
tortured. Presently, Iam under threat of murder by the
Director of National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore, India.
The documentary evidences of the circumstances and
falsification of evidences by the Director may be seen in the
above web site. The TELEX and connected records are not
allowed as a defence evidence.

The remark of the Administrative Officer against the Director
is "Bastard" in connection with the false affidavit signed
by the Director in the court regarding my M.S.Engineering
degree, a falsified left hand medical record etc. This was
in response to the Director's remark of "rascal" against the
Administrative Officer.
This Administrative Officer Shri K.Durai was not even allowed
as a Defence witness in all the ex-parte quasi judicial
inquiry proceedings providing the untrue reason that this
witness is not relevant.  In fact all the Defence Evidences
were not allowed.
 

Sirs, as an ultimate solution I am left with no other
alternative but  to commit suicide
by fasting until death to put an end to the torture by the
Director, NAL.

However, prior to death, I would like to seek the possible
legal remedies by approaching the courts of law. The details
of the earlier court orders and the orders of the Hon'ble
Supreme Court of India allowing my case; but, not properly
implemented by the Director, are given in the web site.
 

I appeal to all to kindly support my case seeking justice and
bring the web site to the kind attention of the Hon'ble Prime
Minister of India as the Controling Officer of the Director &
President of the Council of Scientific and Industrial
Research, New Delhi, India and to the press.  I will be grateful if
any financial help may be provided to me to seek justice in the Apex and
